Return & Refund Policy

At Tool Kingdom Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The returned item must still meet the eligibility conditions stated above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, kindly contact us at toolkingdomltd@gmail.com.
